We make it easy for our members to get in shape, build new friendships, and give back to the community all in one organization! We will challenge, inspire, train, and nurture you as you strive to accomplish a goal you never thought possible. Moms In Motion teams make it easy for you to receive the support you need while having the time of your life! Our Canandaigua Team practices on Sunday mornings. Many other activities, including book group, workouts, hikes and all kinds of training take place during the rest of the week and members are welcome to participate according to their own schedules.
